Emphasis is placed on the comprehension and assimilation of knowledge, with subsequent demonstration of competency. Lectures are limited to increase faculty to student interaction. Elective opportunities allow students to pursue areas of interest and focus their attention to position themselves for post-graduate education, training, or employment. The college places emphasis on pharmacogenomics, leadership, informatics, geriatric care.

Details: | Our interview process assesses interviewees’ non-cognitive skills. The interview day consists of a panel with student delegates, welcome from the Dean, two assessments (oral interview – Multiple Mini Interview and a group activity), program overview, and a tour of USF Health.
Early decision interviews are in September and October. Some Regular Decision interviews occur in October and November. The majority of regular decision interview days occur late January – April. |
